Nicos spent 18 years in New York working with McKinsey & Co., The First Boston Corporation and Bear Stearns where he reached the level of Sr. Managing Director. In 2002 he moved to Greece where he spent eight years advising Greek companies in acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings, before joining Eurobank in 2010 as head of private equity operations focusing on providing growth capital to Greek SMEs.
John has 16 years of experience in the capital markets, focusing on the financial analysis and valuation of Greek companies as well as companies established in SEE, across all sectors. He served as a head of the research department of the brokerage arm of Eurobank, leading the team to the first place in Thomson Extel institutional survey for Equity Research.
Nicos has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate, investment banking and the overall credit markets in Eurobank. His experience also includes serving for several years as general manager in Elektroniki Athinon, a large retailer listed on the Athens Stock Exchange. Nicos has also served as a member of the Board of Directors in numerous companies in Greece and SEE.
Alex has more than 20 years of experience in wholesale & investment banking with Citibank, Eurobank and Millennium BCP. His experience includes advising on and structuring M&A transactions, equity and debt issues and private equity transactions for both large and SME Greek companies. Βefore joining Deca he managed an advisory firm specializing in SMEs, which he co-founded.
Konstantinos has 13 years of experience in private equity and investment banking with Eurobank in Greece and Credit Suisse in London. While working for Eurobank’s Private Equity Group, he completed 5 investments in Greek SMEs and analyzed more than 200 potential investments. In addition, he has advised Greek companies in more than 30 transactions valued at EUR 6bn.
George joined Deca in 2016 as an associate at the Investment Team. Before Deca, George spent three years as an analyst at the Investment Banking division of National Bank of Greece advising large corporates on M&A, ECM and DCM transactions.
Evi joined Deca in 2016 as an analyst, currently being an associate at the Investment Team. Prior to joining Deca, Evi worked at Eurobank Ergasias Bank researching and evaluating asset classes for the Global Investment Advisory division. She then moved on as an analyst at the Investment Banking division of Investment Bank of Greece where she was involved in a series of M&A, ECM, DCM and privatization transactions.
Lefteris completed his BSc in Accounting and Finance in 2018. Concurrently with his studies, Lefteris worked as an intern at Papastratos SA for 6 months in both sales and marketing departments. Lefteris has been with Deca since 2019.
Spyros holds a BEng degree in Chemical Engineering from University College London. Following the completion of his studies, Spyros worked for Morgan Stanley and Moelis & Company in their London Investment Banking teams where he was involved in a series of M&A, DCM and ECM advisory projects (Completed transactions valued at >EUR 3bn).
Eleni has 19 years of experience, most of it in financial institutions. She held the position of Internal Auditor in Attica Bank from 2011 until June 2019. Before that, she worked for Attica Wealth Management MFMC, as an Internal Auditor. Eleni started her career in 1998, as accounting assistant. Being with Deca since 2019.
Iris joined Deca Investments as an Εxecutive Assistant in 2014. Prior to Deca, Iris worked for more than 20 years as an Executive Assistant of the Chairman and the CEO at Babis Vovos S.A. construction company.
Evgenia joined Deca Investment as a secretary in 2018. She has studied Political Sciences and Public Administration at Kapodistrian University of Athens with specialization in Public Administration. Prior to Deca Evgenia worked as secretary in a Law Firm.
