The board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Markets Committee on 14.07.2014 decided (688/14.07.2014) the provision of an operating license to the company “DECA INVESTMENTS ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS FUND MANAGER” according to L. 4209/2013, in order to manage alternative investment funds, which have as their strategy the acquisition of participations through equity investments (“private equity”).
