WHO WE ARE
DECA Investments AIFM (“DECA”) is an Alternative Investments Fund Manager (“AIFM”) regulated by the Hellenic Capital Markets Committee. DECA manages the investments of Diorama - Sicar S.A. (“Diorama”).
THE FUND
Diorama is a generalist growth capital private equity fund, regulated by Luxembourg’s Capital Markets Commission (CSSF). The Fund has an investment period of five years.
INVESTOR BASE
Diorama has a diverse and high quality investor base, which includes a well-respected anchor investor, financial institutions, family offices and professional investors. Members of the investment team have long-standing relations with the fund’s investors.
