Viva Wallet becomes a bank

Viva Wallet has officially acquired the banking license of Praxia Bank on August the 3rd after the completion of the share purchase agreement between AMC Oak (Shareholder) and Viva Wallet Holdings (purchaser). The e-money institution which already operates in 23 countries within EEA, has become one of the few neobanks that owns a banking license.
The banking license will allow Viva Wallet to serve a broader set of its customers’ needs including loans and saving products, that will be announced until the end of 2020.

Despite the recent challenges, Hellenic Breweries of Atalanti remains true to its vision to continually grow and develop and has made a significant investment of €10 million. Specifically, it completed and recently activated a new bottling line at its plant in Atalanti with the aim of upgrading the potential of its product portfolio.

Hellenic Breweries of Atalanti earned the “Voted Product of the Year” award for eza Alcohol Free beer from the Greek Voted Product of the Year organisation that works to promote innovation in consumer products and services on the Greek market. The “alcohol-free beer as it should be” was selected through consumer voting conducted by the IRI Greece market research company.

Diorama concluded its tenth investment in Hellenic Breweries of Atalanti

DECA Investments AIFM, the exclusive investment manager of Diorama Investments SICAR (“Diorama” or the “Fund”), announced the completion of the Fund’s tenth investment: the acquisition of a strategic minority position in Hellenic Breweries of Atalanti (“EZA” or the “Company”). The funds will be used mainly for the further development of the company through the financing of its working capital and capital investment needs resulting from the execution of its four-year business plan.
